Currently, most candles are made from kerosene wax. When the wax is burned it can release toxic compounds into the air. Like acetone, benzene and other known carcinogens.   

From a more environmental point of view, it is clearly of concern. Kerosene wax is a petroleum derivative extracted through a refining process. 

We carefully chose soy wax for our candles because it is renewable, non-GMO, biodegradable and 100% natural. Thanks to its high melting point, it ensures an excellent diffusion of fragrances. 

The guarantee of no soot or toxic fumes in our candles is a real pleasure.
